Eat to Beat is a website of the Angiogenesis Foundation, a nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Massachusetts. Dispute Resolution
The Angiogenesis Foundation is committed to resolving any dispute you may have regarding our privacy policy quickly and efficiently. Disputes will be handled by our customer service representative. Our customer service will promptly correct any errors.

In the event that a dispute regarding our privacy practices cannot be settled through our normal dispute resolution processes, you may contact P3PSeal, an independent third party. P3PSeal will serve as a liaison with The Angiogenesis Foundation to resolve any dispute you may have.

Information We May Collect

They are not actively used to identify individual visitors. Our Policy Towards Children: This Site is not directed towards children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy@angio.org, and we will delete such information from our files.
