Serves 1-4, as a main course


Raw walnut Taco “Meat:” 

raw walnuts (soaked for 2 to 4 hours)
tamari or gluten-free soy sauce
olive oil
ground cumin
ground chili powder
ground garlic powder
ground cayenne or chipotle
sea salt to taste

vegetable toppings: tomato slices, avocado, carrot ribbons, thinly sliced red onion
smokey tomato vinaigrette
