Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 1, as a other course

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups unsweetened low fat soy milk
1 small banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup frozen kale
Two tablespoons ground flax seed
Two heaping tablespoons of yoghurt
Tiny pinch of salt (optional)
Dash of honey (optional)

Directions:

Whizz with hand or regular blender until smooth. Drink and enjoy!


This is an easy way to incorporate a lot of healthy ingredients. You can customize according to whatever anti-angiogenic ingredients you have on hand.
